This Clinical Deputy Manager post is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse who enjoys leading quality focused services that have meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Here you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day to day running for a nursing home for adults with learning and physical disabilities/complex healthcare needs. This is a charity-run service with a strong ethos of person-centred care and empowerment.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll benefit from excellent training and development and will gain the skills you’ll need to progress further in your management career, whilst working with a dedicated and committed team of care professionals who put the residents at the heart of what they do.
