We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to join our Clinical and Quality Division. This is a national role, working remotely with travel across the UK. About the Role As Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner, you will provide expert clinical leadership, working closely with frontline teams and external stakeholders to enhance the quality and consistency of care. You will lead on clinical assessments, formulation, evidence-based care planning, and contribute to service improvement initiatives across the group. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist mental health assessments and risk formulations.
Provide expert consultation on complex clinical cases including EUPD, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
Develop and review care plans that reflect individual needs and risks.
Collaborate with NHS services, local authorities, and commissioning teams.
