Clinical Lead Nurse (Nursing Home)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Clinical LeadNurse to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nursing professional to take the next step in their career, playing a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care within a high-quality residential setting.

Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will lead, support and inspire nurses and carers, ensuring the highest standards of care, clinical governance and compliance are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams
  • Ensure residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs
  • Oversee and contribute to clinical delivery within the home
  • Support, mentor and develop staff to promote best nursing practices
  • Maintain high standards of clinical governance, audits and compliance
  • Make informed clinical decisions and respond effectively under pressure
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
Skills & Experience
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and post-registration experience
  • Proven clinical expertise with the confidence to lead a team
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC standards and audits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting team development
