Our stunning care home The Grand Care Centre is a purpose built care home facility in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The home is registered to provide care to 82 residents who have a variety of care needs including residential, nursing and dementia residential. The Grand is rated GOOD in all domains by CQC. We are in a great location and have a very good local reputation. The home reflects the Lovett Care vision of providing the highest standards of safety, comfort and care. We are seeking to appoint a kind, motivated and experienced RMN Clinical Lead with general nurse experience to join our team. You will be responsible and accountable for the management of the clinical area in the home ensuring the timely provision of care by ensuring that effective supervision, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care is carried out to a high standard.
