We’re working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead. This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting.

What You’ll Do:

As Clinical Lead, you’ll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. You’ll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the clinical care team Supporting staff development and mentoring Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shiftsWhat We’re Looking For:
