Clinical Negligence Solicitor - London- £60k-90k

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate / Senior Associate to join a Clinical Negligence Department based in London. As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.

The role

• As a ‘Associate / Senior Associate’ you will be responsible for:
• The management of a Clinical Negligence caseload. Mainly Spinal Injury & Brain Injury matters.
• The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.
• Attending at Court both in person and electronically.

We are inviting applications from candidates, with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Claimant Clinical Negligence. It is essential that applicants are confident in their ability to advocate to get the best possible outcomes for the client and have a thorough understanding of costs. Hydrid working is also possible for the right candidate working 1 day a week in the office per week.
