Clinical Negligence Solicitor Hull Competitive salary benefits Full-time Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded and expanding litigation team in Hull. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality; claimant clinical negligence matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, while also assisting on complex and high-value cases where required. Key responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters Investigating claims, obtaining expert evidence and preparing detailed reports Drafting pleadings and progressing cases in line with the Civil Procedure Rules Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties Delivering exceptional client care with sensitivity and professionalism You will have: 2 years’ PQE in clinical negligence (or equivalent experience) Strong technical knowledge and litigation experience Excellent communication and client care skills The ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines What’s on offer?
