The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to join a specialist Clinical Negligence team. The team focuses on complex, high-value serious injury and medical negligence claims, providing support to individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement, while delivering a high standard of legal advice and client care. The role would suit a technically capable solicitor who is organised, proactive, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to settlement

Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients

Conducting investigations, reviewing medical records, and liaising with medical experts

Preparing legal documentation and progressing claims effectively

Maintaining excellent standards of client care

Supporting and collaborating with colleagues within the team

Contributing to the development of professional networks and relationships

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury

Strong technical knowledge and case management skills

Excellent communication and client care abilities

Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team development
