Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Huddersfield

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career. In this position, you will work alongside a Senior Solicitor on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims while managing your own caseload of lower-value files. The team provides close support, hands-on training and one-to-one supervision, allowing you to develop your expertise and confidence in this specialist area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with full supervision and guidance
• Assisting Senior Solicitors with complex and high-value claims
• Carrying out case planning, investigations and evidence gathering
• Ensuring full compliance with clinical negligence pre-action protocols
• Issuing and serving proceedings, managing cases through to trial where necessary
