Our client supports independent mental health hospitals, hospices, and clinics across the UK, providing expert pharmacy support to ensure the safe management of medicines and compliance with regulatory and best-practice standards.

The Role

As a field-based Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide onsite clinical support across a number of allocated independent mental health hospitals in Norwich and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams while developing specialist expertise within mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advice and support to hospital staff on the safe and effective use of medicines across all wards

* Deliver medicines information and guidance to healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans

* Carry out prescription chart reviews and clinical audits
