As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

Clinically screen prescriptions and ensure the accuracy of dispensing. Provide patient advice and counselling in line with protocols. Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when needed. Support staff training and contribute to operational efficiency. Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures. Participate in clinical governance and continuous improvement.
