Locum Pharmacist Required – GP Surgery

Location: Slough

Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Days: Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a busy GP surgery on a temporary basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Medication reviews and patient consultations
• Supporting GPs with prescribing queries
• Managing repeat prescriptions
• Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines

Key Requirements:

• Registered GPHC Pharmacist with relevant qualifications
• Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting
• Proficient in using EMIS Health clinical system
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
