Location: Glasgow City centre
Hours of Work: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑driven Clinical Resourcer to join our growing healthcare recruitment team. You will play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and qualifying specialist clinicians within the ophthalmic sector—specifically Ophthalmic Surgeons, Optometrists, and Independent Prescribing Nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify Ophthalmic Surgeons, Optometrists, and IP‑qualified Nurses across the UK.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clinical talent through proactive research, networking, and market mapping.
- Use a variety of tools (databases, LinkedIn, professional bodies, referral networks) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Manage initial candidate communication including calls, interviews, and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM/ATS.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience, representing our brand with professionalism and care.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience in healthcare resourcing, medical recruitment, or strong transferable resourcing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using databases, online search tools, and professional networking platforms.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in ophthalmic or specialist medical recruitment.
- Understanding of the roles of ophthalmic surgeons, optometrists, and IP nurses.
- Familiarity with UK clinical compliance requirements (DBS, right to work, registration checks, etc.).
