Club Programming & Experiences Manager

We are seeking a creative and commercially astute Club Programming & Experiences Manager to shape and lead the Clubs experiential ecosystem. This is not a scheduling role. It is a cultural leadership position responsible for curating an inspiring, socially engaging and commercially effective calendar that defines the identity of the Club. Reporting to the Director of Wellness, you will play a central role in designing meaningful experiences while actively fostering connection, participation and belonging among members and guests.

The Role You will lead the development and delivery of a holistic, year-round programming strategy across wellness, movement, culture and community engagement. Owning and evolving the full Club programming calendar, including studio classes and signature experiences.
Designing balanced, commercially effective timetables in collaboration with instructors and personal trainers.
Curating seasonal themes, member-exclusive series and culturally relevant events.
Leading the end-to-end delivery of events and immersive experiences from concept through execution.
Acting as a visible, welcoming presence within the Club hosting events and fostering engagement.
Building and managing partnerships with premium brands, cultural collaborators and wellness specialists.
Driving member participation, connection and community-led initiatives.
Monitoring attendance, engagement and performance data to continuously refine programming.
Ensuring operational excellence across studio and event spaces.
Collaborating with Wellness, Membership, F&B and Marketing teams.
About You You are creative, culturally aware and highly organised confident both front-of-house and behind the scenes. You balance inspiration with commercial discipline and understand how to build engaged, community-driven environments.
Proven experience in programming, experience design or event curation within wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or cultural environments.
A strong track record of delivering engaging, community-focused experiences.
Confidence hosting events and engaging diverse audiences.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong relationship-building capabilities with instructors, facilitators and brand partners.
Calm, solutions-focused judgement in fast-paced environments.
