Cluster Meeting & Events Executive £29,000 plus tronc – 40 hours per week – Permanent position at Malmaison Reading & Hotel du Vin Henley on Thames. Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries and ensure the smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison Reading and Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames. Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue. Optimize client relationships and collaborate with key managers across the two hotels. Act as an organised self‑starter with excellent communication skills, eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar hospitality property is beneficial. Positive, proactive personality with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
