Our client is well known drink brands that has a great reputation throughout various continents. They are currently looking for a hands on Luxury Retail Manager to look after 2 stores within London.

You will take full responsibility for the staff, product and operations within the stores. These 2 stores are in prime tourist locations and have heavy foot fall and need so you will be used to working in busy stores where the customer experience is essential.

As well as driving revenue and growth you will also work closely and support the country manager with reports and being very detail orientated. Providing insights on ways to improve revenue and the customer experience. Experience of eCommerce and corporate gifting would be an advantage.

They are only considering people that have managed at least 2 stores at the same time and someone that has come from a Luxury or designer type brand. Experience within Fine Wine or Spirits would be an advantage.

This will be a progressive role and could move to a regional role and also include the opening of new stores.
