CNC Grinder We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Grinder Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts and components Set up and program CNC grinding machines for various grinding operations Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Perform in-process inspection activities to ensure parts meet defined acceptance standards Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality Qualifications Required: 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Grinder Operator Proficiency in CNC grinder operation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Experience with in-process inspection and quality xbpsjku control procedures Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred For more information, please contact the team at Recra.
