The Role As CNC Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the machine shop, managing workflow and supporting machinists across CNC mills, lathes, and machining centres. You’ll be hands-on with programming, setting, and operating, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and team development remain at the forefront.
