Your morning might start in Des Moines, your afternoon just across the river, and tomorrow could take you to a client site in MN or MO—still close to home. As a CNC field specialist supporting a locally defined territory with a primary focus on Iowa, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install advanced machine tools while keeping customers productive and confident in their equipment.

Your Impact
From a precision alignment on a 5-axis VMC to a drive replacement on a multi-axis lathe, you’ll keep shops running and customers delighted. You’ll represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, take ownership of service cases, and document your work thoroughly.
Core Responsibilities
Perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and resolve customer concerns.
Partner with sales on technical support and solution recommendations.
Communicate effectively with teams and clients; maintain accurate records and documentation.
Uphold ethical, professional standards in every customer interaction.
Handle related duties as assigned in a dynamic service environment.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and turning centers. Strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics and repair.
