Apex Resources are recruiting an experienced CNC machinist for a client in Coatbridge.
We’re seeking an experienced VTL Machinist to set up, program, and operate large Vertical Turning Lathes with Fanuc controls. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and machining precision components in North Lanarkshire.
Key Skills:
* 3+ years VTL experience with Fanuc CNC
* Ability to read complex engineering drawings
* Proficient with measuring tools and performing quality checks
Desirable:
* Experience in energy, marine, or heavy engineering sectors
* CNC programming (Fanuc)
* Forklift or crane license
Working dayshift, with pay ranging from £15-£18ph depending on experience.
