Day-to-day of the role: Set and operate CNC lathes or mills using controls such as Fanuc. Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce precise components. Perform quality checks using micrometers, verniers, and gauges to maintain high tolerances. Assist with setups and tooling changes, ensuring efficient production processes. Contribute to a proactive team of skilled CNC Machinists, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
