CNC Machinist

An engineering firm is expanding their machining division and are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support the manufacture of high-spec components. The successful candidate will be proficient in either milling or turning, and manual lathe work, with strong experience using Fanuc CNC controls.

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Machinist:
Set, operate, and program CNC milling and turning machines with Fanuc controls.
Machine complex parts from drawings to exacting tolerances.
Operate manual lathes for custom and low-volume parts.
Inspect components to ensure conformance to engineering standards.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience of a CNC Machinist:
Demonstrable experience in CNC machining – milling or turning, and manual work.
Skilled in programming and setting on Haas CNC machines desirable.
Comfortable interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Benefits:
