Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (including shift uplift) Location: Based near Uxbridge (Commutable from: Slough, Watford, High Wycombe, Hayes, Aylesbury, Luton and more) Hours: Continental Shifts – Early: 06:00–16:00 / Late: 12:00–22:00 Pattern: Rotation between early and late shifts (no consecutive weeks) – 177 working days per year, approx. 25 weekends

As a CNC Machinist, you'll work in a fast-paced CNC department operating a variety of machines, contributing to the production of critical components in a high-spec environment.

Setting and operating CNC mills and lathes (Bridgeport, Hurco, DMG, Protrack)
* Editing G&M programs directly at the machine when required
* Producing low-volume, high-precision components
