Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for CNC Machinists in the Bridgwater area. We require specialist CNC machinists who have experience with XYZ machining on Milling machines or Lathes.

The Role: You will be responsible for setting and running machines whilst ensuring maximum production is achieved to quality standards. This includes ensuring maximum productivity whilst adhering to quality standards, adjusting setups, altering programming, and other machine tasks to ensure production levels are maintained. Responsibilities include:

* Inspecting parts produced

* Adjust Setups

* Alter programmes

* Machine set up

* Work following the quality system

* Ensure all aspects of safety standards are always kept

The Candidate:

* Background in CNC Milling or Turning, with at least 3-axis experience

* Ability to work from Engineering drawings

* Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol control systems (Desirable)

* Experience working with flexible materials

* Programming experience with G-Code or CAM software

* Time served Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or Qualifications

* Proven background in CNC machining

Benefits:

* £35,000 to £43,000 depending on experience

* Monday to Friday

* 33 days Holiday including BH
