People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist (programmer/setter/operator) to join our well-established client based in Dudley on a full-time permanent basis.

Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4.30pm & Friday: 8am – 3.30pm
Salary:
£34,528 – £38,844 per annum (£16.00 - £18.00 per hour), dependent on experience

Day-to-day duties:
As a CNC Machinist, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Setting up, programming, and operating CNC Milling machines and Horizontal Borers
• Carrying out milling, boring, and general machining operations
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including machining symbols, tolerances, and geometric tolerances
• Conducting quality checks using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, slip gauges)
