Role: CNC Lathe Doosan 3 Axis Machinist Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour (DOE) An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join a long-established and respected engineering manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role involving the manufacture of various precision components used in the companys own designed food processing equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining parts to specification while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity. Applicants must be able to read engineering drawings, use measuring equipment and inspect their own components. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team on the shop floor while adhering to Health & Safety, production and inspection standards.
