CNC Operator / Machinist Portsmouth £14.00 £19.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Double Days or Night Shift | Monday Friday Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established plastic moulding company based in Portsmouth, and we are looking for experienced CNC Operators / Machinists to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time hours and competitive pay depending on your experience.

Shift Options Available

Double Day Shift (rotating weekly):

6:00am 2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm Night Shift:

10:00pm 6:00am Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities

Carrying out set production tasks to required standards Confirming product quality and ensuring specifications are met Packaging finished products in line with instructions Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Reporting any concerns or issues to supervision Complying with all health & safety procedures Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixtures where required - desirable Establishing and maintaining standard production times - Desirable Programming CNC machines when required - Desirable Setting up manual machining jobs - Desirable Planning work within the 2nd Operations machining area alongside the Supervisor What We're Looking For
