The Role
You will play a key part in producing complex, high-precision components for demanding applications. Responsibilities include:
Manufacturing one-off and small-batch precision parts from a variety of aerospace-grade materials.
Setting and operating both manual and CNC turning or milling machines.
Delivering consistently high-accuracy work.
Interpreting detailed engineering drawings with confidence.
Working with control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or XYZ.
Performing precise inspection and measurement using tools such as micrometers, verniers, and plug gauges.
Key Skills & Experience
At least five years' experience in a precision machining environment, specialising in turning.
Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and the ability to read technical drawings.
Proven capability to machine complex components to tight tolerances, accurately and efficiently.
Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
