A precision engineering company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming experience to join their team at their Worcester based manufacturing site. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will work alongside the Engineering team to develop and improve the processes, documentation and systems to improve quality and costs. Using your technical manufacturing knowledge, you will analyse and advise the teams on manufacturing effectiveness to identify and recommend improvements to machinery operations, processes, production methods to improve process and product capability. Great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge and progress with the company in the future!
