CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established precision engineering company specialising in high-spec aerospace components. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled machining team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines across 3, 4 and 5 axis platforms. You will be working on complex, tight tolerance aerospace components in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines

* Working on 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centres

* Using Fanuc controls

* Producing high-precision aerospace components

* Working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings

* Selecting tooling and optimising machining processes

* Ensuring consistent quality and meeting production targets

Requirements

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)

* Strong experience with 3, 4 and 5 axis machining

* Experience with Fanuc control systems

* Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* High attention to detail and quality standards
