Position: CNC Miller - Programmer setter Operator

Location: Coventry

Salary: £18 to £21 per hour (DOE)

CNC Miller required to join a growing engineering team that is based in Coventry. The

successful candidate will come from a CNC Milling background and be able to

Programme Set and Operate Fanuc or Hurco controls machines.

CNC Miller Job Overview

Set up CNC milling machines, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs. Operate 3-axis and/or multi-axis CNC mills to produce components to exact tolerances. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance, surface finish, and cycle times

CNC Miller Job Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Programming Setting and Operating experience Fanuc or Hurco controls experience Hypermill, ONC CNC, Alphacam Or Edgecam experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing (GD&T). Competence using precision measuring equipment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
