The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for a better work-life balance with a 4-day working week.

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, producing high-quality components across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines

* Working with Fanuc controls

* Editing and proving out programs at the machine

* Producing components to tight tolerances and high standards

* Interpreting engineering drawings

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer/Setter/Operator)

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls

* Experience with CAD/CAM software – ideally OneCNC (desirable but not essential)

* Ability to work from engineering drawings independently

* High attention to detail and quality
