The Role

Set and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components Interpret and optimise CNC programs, tooling setups, and offsets to ensure consistent quality output Take ownership of machine setup, datum setting, and process control Maintain tight tolerances using a range of inspection equipment (micrometers, verniers, CMM, shadow graphs) Work collaboratively to maximise machine utilisation and throughput on a structured production plan Support Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) to ensure reliability and uptime Deliver against production targets without compromising quality standards About You Essential:
