Job Title: CNC Miller Setter/Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Tewkesbury Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: £16.80 – £17.50 per hour + 1/5 night shift enhancement (up to £21 per hour including shift allowance)

About the Role An established and growing precision engineering company is seeking a semi-skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join its night shift operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment, producing precision components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC OI-MF control systems

*

Manufacture prismatic components in line with customer drawings and specifications

*

Carry out tool setting and offset adjustments

*

Inspect your own work in accordance with engineering drawings and SPC requirements

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with 5S standards

Skills & Experience Required

*

Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines

*

Strong general engineering knowledge and practical ability

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Experience within aerospace manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
