Salary: £38,500 + 12.5% Shift Allowance
Shifts: Rotating
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis)
Work with Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc controls
Edit programs at the machine
Machine metals and composites
Produce bespoke tooling, jigs, and fixtures
Work to tight tolerances and high standards
Support continuous improvement

About You

CNC milling experience (3 & 5 axis)
Confident with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc
Able to edit programs
Experience in precision engineering
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a proactive approach
