Days only - Monday to Friday

Shillito Group are recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business.

This is a days-based role offering stability, long-term progression, and the opportunity to work on high spec components in a clean, well run environment.

The Role

Program, set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc / Manual Guide
Machine high-precision components to tight tolerances
Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium and specialist alloys
Carry out first off and in process inspection
Select tooling, speeds and feeds to optimise performance
Take ownership of jobs from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision environment
Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
Ability to program, set and operate independently
Confident working to tight tolerances and complex drawings
Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
Offline programming experience would be advantageous (Fusion 360)
