CNC Mill-Turn Machinist (Dayshift)\n£18-£25 per hour + Overtime | 43 hours per week | Permanent\n\nLocation: Cheltenham \n\nWe are seeking an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Machinist to join a high-precision engineering environment working on complex, small-batch components. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and committed to producing top-quality parts.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSet and operate CNC Mill-Turn machines (experience with Mori Seiki NTX or NLX machines is highly desirable).\n\nWork confidently with Fanuc controls, ideally with Mori Seiki-based Fanuc systems.\n\nManufacture high-precision components in exotic and semi-exotic materials, including Inconel, titanium and stainless steels.\n\nInterpret engineering drawings and produce small batches to tight tolerances.\n\nCarry out your own in-process inspection to ensure parts meet specification.\n\nMaintain excellent standards of accuracy, safety and productivity.\n\nAbout You:\n\nStrong CNC Mill-Turn background - mill-turn experience is essential.\n\nSkilled in setting and operating; programming experience is a distinct advantage.\n\nConfident machining high-value, difficult materials.\n\nAble to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver consistent, high-quality work.\n\nDetail-focused, reliable and quality-driven.\n\nHours & Pay:\n\nDayshift only - 43 hours per week.\n\nOvertime available.\n\n£18-£25 per hour depending on experience.\n\nIf you are a capable and self-sufficient CNC Mill-Turn Machinist looking for a stable dayshift role with varied and challenging work, we'd welcome your application.\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
