About the CNC Mill/Turn Role
We are recruiting several skilled CNC Mill/Turn professionals to join a high‑precision engineering environment producing complex, low‑volume, high‑variety components. These positions sit within a modern, lean‑driven machine shop operating multi‑axis CNC machinery and industry‑leading controls.
These roles are ideal for experienced CNC Mill/Turn machinists who enjoy technical work, multi‑axis machining, and delivering exceptional quality.

CNC Mill/Turn Responsibilities
• Setting & operating CNC mill/turn machines to required standards
• Machining components in varying batch sizes
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets tolerance requirements
• Editing programs within capability
• Multi‑machine manning to maximise machine spindle time
• Interpreting engineering drawings, CNC programs, and customer specifications
• Using measuring tools such as CMM, verniers & micrometers
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have strong CNC mill/turn operating experience (5‑axis, milling or turning)
• Can work accurately on high‑precision components
• Are confident inspecting your own work
• Want to join a forward‑thinking engineering environment focused on quality and continuous improvement
