Location: Nuneaton Commutable from: Coventry, Hinckley, Bedworth, Rugby, Leicester Salary: £30,000 + 12.5% Shift Allowance Contract: Fixed-Term (until end of the year, potential to go permanent) Shifts: Rotating Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00 Positions: 2 Available

The Role

Operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis) Work with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc controls Load/unload components and monitor machining Carry out basic edits and offsets (desirable) Machine metals and composite materials Produce low volume, bespoke components Work to tight tolerances and quality standards Support continuous improvement

About You

CNC milling experience within manufacturing Exposure to 3-axis and/or 5-axis machines Familiar with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc Able to read engineering drawings Good attention to detail Team player with a proactive approach Willing to learn and develop
