We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our Client based in Ashford, Kent.
This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities: Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently

Setting and running CNC machines

Monitoring production and maintaining quality standards

Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks

Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements: Proven experience operating CNC machines

Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM)

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Pattern: Week 1: 4:00am 2:00pm

Week 2: 2:00pm 12:00am

Monday - Thursday
