CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator (Mazak)

A well-established and growing manufacturer based in Havant is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional to work with modern Mazak machinery in a stable and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming, setting and operating Mazak CNC machines
Working with Mill/Turn (twin spindle), 3-axis milling and XYZ Lathe/Mill
Offline programming using SolidCAM
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Tool selection, setting cutting parameters and optimising machining processes
Self-inspection of components to quality standards
Troubleshooting machining issues to minimise downtime

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Mazatrol experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting data and machining methods
Experience with mill/turn and multi-axis machining
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
