Were working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering company based in Redditch who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join their growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machine
• Setting and operating machinery
• Working from complex engineering drawings to produce components from both metal and plastic
• Designing fixtures and tooling for bespoke, small-batch, or prototype production
• Conducting self-inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges
• Collaborating with the wider engineering team to reduce cycle times and improve process efficiency
• Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring production quality meets the highest standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in multi-axis CNC milling
• Confident in working with Fanuc controls
• Background in precision engineering sectors such as aerospace, defence, or motorsport
• Capable of interpreting xbpsjku technical drawings and producing high-precision components
• A proactive and quality-driven mindset with good problem-solving skills
