Role: CNC Programmer/Miller Location: Uxbridge Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience Our client is a well established precision engineering company supplying high quality machined components to industries including automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing.

They are looking for an experience CNC Programmer/Miller to join their busy team.

Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Machine components to tight tolerances and quality standards Perform first-off inspections and basic quality checks Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters Maintain machines and ensure safe operation Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines Skills & Experience Proven experience as a CNC Miller (programming, setting, and operating) Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Hurco controls preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Experience working to tight tolerances Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apprenticeship or engineering qualification Experience with 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines Knowledge of CAD/CAM software WR Engineering are the 1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
