Youll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 2-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, producing precision components to specification, and working with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360) to develop and optimise programs.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position offering long-term stability and excellent working conditions.

What youll be doing Program, set, and operate 2-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls Create and optimise CNC programs using Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software Interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce precision components Manufacture small batches of intricate, high-quality parts Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks using measuring equipment Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail Hours Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm Pay Approx £35,000 per annum(Depending on Experience) Overtime available and paid at time Skills/Experience Required Experience in CNC turning/programming (5 years preferred) Proficient in programming Fanuc-controlled lathes Experience with Fusion 360 or equivalent CAD/CAM software Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Confident using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Overtime available (paid at time and a half) Clean, modern working environment Relaxed and supportive atmosphere Training and development opportunities Free onsite parking Day shifts only No weekend work Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
