CNC Setter Operator Walsall £13.50 – £15.50 per hour (DOE) Temp to Perm Opportunity
JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Walsall for an experienced CNC Setter Operator.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with proven experience operating and setting Haas CNC machines manufactured by Haas Automation.
You will be working within a busy steel manufacturing environment where precision, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. Please note that some heavy lifting will be required as part of this role.
Key Requirements

Proven experience setting and operating Haas CNC machines (essential)
*
Previous experience within a steel manufacturing environment
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Working Hours
*
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
*
Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
Pay Rate
£13.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Details
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after 13 successful weeks.
