CNC Millers and Turners opportunities with this small busy sub contract precision engineering company.
The Roles
For the turners we are seeking experienced CNC Turners - Setter/Programmer with Mazak , Mazatrol and fanuc experience producing low-volume batch work where each component is unique. You will be responsible for programming (online) setting, proving out and operating CNC lathes to ensure complex aerospace parts are produced accurately, efficiently and to tight tolerances.
For the Millers we are looking for setter operators with metal machining experience on Haas (Fanuc) controls or Hurco machines.
Key Responsibilities for all roles:

* Interpret complex technical/engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.
* Machine low-volume, high-precision aerospace parts from a range of exotic materials.
* Ensure all work meets tight tolerances and stringent quality standards.
* Carry out basic inspection to verify component conformity.
* Work collaboratively with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

What's on offer
* Standard Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:30
* Overtime paid at 1.5 hourly rate.
