CNC Setter/Operators (Millers) - Permanent - BristolShorterm Group are recruiting experienced CNC Setter/Operators (Millers) for a permanent opportunity with a leading engineering organisation renowned for producing high-complexity, ultra-tight tolerance components for aerospace and advanced manufacturing applications.

The RoleAs a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in producing intricate, high-accuracy components using a range of modern CNC milling machines.Your responsibilities will include:- Setting and operating CNC milling machines- Working confidently with Heidenhain, Mazatrol and Fanuc controls- Manufacturing components to ultra-tight tolerances- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings- Carrying out in-process quality checks- Working closely with engineers and production teams to maintain high standards What We're Looking For- Previous experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Milling)- Strong knowledge of Heidenhain, Mazatrol or Fanuc machine controls- Solid understanding of precision machining and aerospace tolerances- Ability to work from detailed technical drawings- Quality-driven xehkeey mindset and strong attention to detail Shift Options (Permanent Contracts)Day Shift:Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00Friday: 07:30 - 12:304-Day Shift Pattern:06:00 - 14:0014:00 - 00:00 (Midnight) Location: Bristol Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP How to ApplyIf you're an experienced CNC Miller looking for a secure and long-term permanent role, click Apply Now or contact Shorterm Group for more details.
