The company is an established and leading manufacturer of springs, pressings and stampings who are based within the Redditch area.
They are seeking to recruit a CNC Spring Setter for their friendly, clean, modern production facility in Redditch.
Salary - circa £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.

Hours of work are;Monday to Friday - Days role.
The main responsibility of the role is to produce torsion springs and wire forms correct to spec on engineering drawings.
Responsibilities and duties are as follows; Set, program and operate CNC spring and wire form machines for torsion and wire form components. Adjust tooling, feeds, speeds and machine setting for optimal output. Read from engineering drawings and job specifications to produce components to tight tolerances. Inspect products for quality and accuracy using micrometres, verniers, gauges and other measuring tools. Ensure production runs meets output, quality and efficiency targets. Carry out minor fault finding and routine maintenance of machinery.
