We are now looking for talented CNC Turners and Millers to join our growing team.

What Were Looking For

CNC operators experienced in milling/turning (Mazak or Fanuc)

  • Up to £22.25 ph. plus shift allowance / overtime / bonus
  • Enhanced rate for multi-disciplined operators
  • 4/5 day week flexibility including part-time opportunities to suit your lifestyle
  • Day & Night shift positions available (constant day or night, or 2 week rotation)
  • Rate dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and program CNC turning and milling machines (Mazak and Fanuc)
  • Work as a multi-disciplined operator, switching between turning and milling operations as required
  • Produce high-precision components to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Use inspection equipment to ensure components meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and efficiency

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced CNC Turner and/or Miller
  • Proficient with Mazak and Fanuc operating systems
  • Multi-disciplined: capable of handling both turning and milling operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings and specifications
