What You’ll Be Doing: As a CNC Turner/Setter, you will play a critical role in producing high-specification, small-to-medium batch aerospace components. This is a hands-on position, where your expertise will directly contribute to quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon Record job timings accurately in the ERP system Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your workspace (6S) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
